Synchronizing Your Energy: To Love is designed for you to practice tuning into the frequency of more love from the quantum field and then practice drawing the experience of more love to you, with your heart. Since most people who want love want to feel joy in their relationships, you will also tune into the frequency of joy and practice drawing the experience to you with your heart, which will make you feel more joy.

The last frequency in this meditation you will tune into is the new opportunity that will be an experience that will lead to more love and joy in your life.
